All the people in the world have been searching for something from the inception. Some of them continue to search even after their deaths too. If someone is asked, what you are reaching for, they would generally reply saying that they are searching for money, power, social status, education, good family and friends and etc. which are literally material things and emotional happiness.
What would happen at the end of the day is that you won’t get what you exactly wanted. Instead, you tend to suffer and to continue looking for something else. In fact it is an endless journey until the death. However at the end of the life, you would have earned a lot of material things but your ultimate goal, your happiness. It is wise enough that we should seriously in search of where the real happiness is.
On the other hand, most of the people won’t understand the meaning of life. It is advisable to keep remembered that the meaning of life is happiness and helping others. If you are not happy and if you don’t help others, you are having a meaningless life.
Whatever we have done and whatever we have gained will be definitely left one day, when we are ready to say “GOOD BYE” to this life. In reality, most of us tend to suffer on the final bed.
Knowing that, religious leaders and some philosophers said and confirmed that the happiness, freedom and self-actualization are the key ultimate desire of all the people in this planet.
Researches reveal that the best sustainable way of achieving the ultimate desire is Humanity, Mindfulness and Community Services (Social Wellbeing).
Therefore, People’s Life Foundation (Guarantee) Limited (PLF), a not-for-profit organization was established officially in 2020 after gaining 35 year experience with some strong Buddhist Philosophical Doctrines. However PLF serves any human being irrespective of any divide i.e. PLF serves to all human being equally.

It has been revealed by many scholars in their studies that when people suffer from lack of basic requirements to have a comfort life, they automatically tend to be bad in behavior. As a result it is a nightmare to protect and develop mindfulness, humanity, society and the environment. Therefore PLF helps the people to have their basic requirements.

Born on March 12, 1974 Mr. Gusthinghe Waduge Stanley Perera is the founder of the People's Life Foundation (Guarantee) Limited. A Senior University Visiting Lecturer, Corporate Trainer, Entrepreneur and Spiritual advisor with over 35 years experience. He started his social services at his age of 11 in 1986 holding a secretary position of Sarwodaya Sigithi Haula. After holding many positions in various social movements, at his age of 17, he was offered the responsibility of developing and taking forward the Bosath Matha Vipassana Mediation Center in Kandy, since his main mediation teacher (Guru dewa), Mr. Pransis had realized his capacity. For about 30 years he has been running that center with the support of everyone involved.
During last 30 years, he has facilitated thousands of people to uplift their spiritual lives, human qualities and social wellbeing. Most importantly his life philosophy derived from the Buddhism.
In 2020 after Covid 19 epidemic, he realized the value of Humanity for the world. As a result he brought out this whole concept to the entire world with clear vision.
